When you make a payment, payment details (card number, billing address) are processed directly by Stripe. We do not store, see, or have access to your full card details.

Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfil legal obligations. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Payment records are retained for 6 years as required by UK tax law (HMRC). If you stop using our services, you may request deletion of your data at any time.
